This Privacy Policy explains how Attorney Scaler LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Watertower ("Watertower," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit getwatertower.com, book a call with us, use our software or receive messages from us. Watertower is a brand of Attorney Scaler LLC.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, licensed states, products you sell and anything else you share on a form, a call, a text or an email.
  • Account and campaign information: access you grant us to your ad accounts, business pages and CRM, plus campaign settings, performance data and leads your campaigns generate.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited details, such as the last four digits of your card, but do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: records of calls, texts and emails with us, which may be recorded or logged for quality, training and support. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded.
  • Usage and device information: pages visited, links clicked, IP address, device and browser type and similar data, collected through cookies, analytics tools and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel).
  • Information from others: we may receive business contact information from public sources, such as state licensing records, and from service providers.

How we use information

  • To respond to you, schedule calls and provide, maintain and improve the Service
  • To build, run, monitor and report on your campaigns, automations and lead follow-up
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud
  • To send service messages, appointment reminders and, where permitted, information about our services
  • To measure and improve our own advertising
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms and protect our rights and the rights of others

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number or reply to one of our messages, we may text you about scheduling, your account and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages to you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, CRM, messaging, phone, email, scheduling, AI, analytics and payment providers, who may use it only to provide services to us
  • With advertising platforms, such as Meta, as needed to run campaigns you authorize and to measure our own ads
  • For legal reasons, such as complying with law, legal process or government requests, or protecting rights, safety and property
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale, financing or reorganization of our business, including a change of our legal name
  • With your consent or at your direction

Information about your leads

Leads your campaigns generate are your contacts. We store and process them on your behalf, as your service provider, so the software can deliver, text, call and organize them for you. We do not sell your leads or use them for our own marketing. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent the law requires to contact your leads, for giving them any required privacy notices, and for honoring their opt-out and deletion requests.

Cookies and advertising pixels

We use cookies, analytics and advertising pixels to understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our ads. These tools may collect information about your activity across websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account. Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Data retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your choices and rights

  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
  • We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

Location of data

We are based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.

Children

The Service is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
